How does the Bell Tent hire service work?Our bell tent hire service is simple – we bring the tents to you. That might be to your wedding venue, campsite or back garden. We’re not a campsite or a fixed venue. Take these three simple steps to organize your glamping: 1. Check we have availability 2. Book your venue 3. Book your bell tents with us

What areas do you cover?Our bell tent hire service covers Andalucia, Spain Free Delivery within 20 km Long distance bookings are subject to a minimum number of tents and there might be a delivery charge.

What sort of ground can you put a bell tent up on?Bell tents need to be pitched either on grass or on bare earth. It is sometimes possible to set up on gravel, but we would need to check the site first. Bell tents can’t set up indoors, on patio slabs, on concrete or on tarmac.

How much space does a bell tent need?Bell tents are circular so the size given is the diameter. We need an additional 1 -1.5m on top of this for the guy lines. Space required: 4m bell tent – 5 – 5.5m 5m bell tent – 6 – 6.5m If you’re planning to put up a bell tent in a garden or have a limited space, speak to us about a site visit.

How many people can sleep in a bell tent?For a 5m tent the maximum number of guests is 5 but we would recommend 4/5, as this makes for a much more comfortable stay. For 4m bell tents this is 2/3people.

How do we reserve tents?Call or Email us. We have a 3 night minimum hire period. You are welcome to hire your tent for one night only, however our pricing remains the same and this is because our prices are based on workload of travel, erecting and furnishing. Your bell tent hire starts at 2 pm on the day we deliver and ends at 12 noon on the day we collect the tent, unless otherwise agreed. Wedding bell tent hire may differ depending on access restrictions at the venue. There is returnable damage deposit of 100€ for each belltent
